This version of WWT Privacy Policy is valid from 20 day of February 2026.

Wolf & Wolf Technologies doo Serbia is a company duly organized under the laws of Serbia, having its principal place of business at Bulevar oslobodjenja 56a, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia (Hereinafter: WWT or Company).

Company is committed to protect and respect your privacy in compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 as well as in compliance with Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 87/2018).

“You” means you as a person who contacts us through the contact form available at https://www.wolf-wolf.net/serbia/contact/ or as a job candidate who contacts us through the contact form available at https://www.wolf-wolf.net/serbia/career/.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects and uses your personal data and describes your rights and how to exercise them.

Persons under the age of 18 cannot provide any personal data. We do not accept users under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent of your legal guardians before undertaking any activity through the above contact forms.

          For job candidates:

          • Name and surname;
          • Contact details (e-mail address, phone number);
          • CV/resume and information contained therein (education, work experience, qualifications, skills);
          • Any other information you voluntarily provide in your application.


          We do not collect special categories of personal data unless you voluntarily include such data in your communication or application.

          2How we may use your personal data and the lawful basis for doing so

          We use your personal data solely for the following purposes:

          Responding to contact inquiries
          We process your personal data in order to respond to your message submitted via the contact form.
          Legal basis: legitimate interest and/or taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

          Processing job applications
          We process your personal data in order to evaluate your application, communicate with you and conduct the recruitment process.
          Legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest.

              When it comes to job candidates, we will retain your personal data for a period not exceeding 6 months from the submission date, for potential consideration for future positions, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. After this period, all documentation will be securely deleted.

              7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

              We may change the Privacy Policy from time to time. We kindly ask you to review our Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be clearly communicated on our website.
